This role will support the continued optimization of the commercial function by partnering closely with sales and finance leadership to improve pipeline visibility, enhance forecasting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency across the sales process. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a B2B industrial or technical environment, with demonstrated experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics.
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (SAP preferred), along with exposure to quote-to-cash processes, sales reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across commercial and finance teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience with sales automation tools, reporting dashboards, and process improvement initiatives is considered a strong advantage.

HR Business Partner

This role will support the continued evolution of the HR function by partnering closely with leadership to enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support business unit performance. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, leave administration, benefits support, and training. You will work closely with leaders and employees to provide guidance on HR best practices, company policies, and employment regulations while helping drive initiatives that support organizational growth and operational success.

8+ years of human resources experience, with demonstrated exposure to employee relations, recruiting, and HR operations.
Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments is preferred, along with familiarity with HRIS systems and leave administration processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience will also be considered. PHR or SPHR certification and experience with ADP/UKG or similar HRIS platforms are considered strong advantages.

Procurement Specialist

Seeking a Procurement Specialist for a growing industrial manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and has experience managing casting, machining, and forging suppliers.

As Procurement Specialist, you will manage RFQs, negotiate pricing and terms, execute purchase orders in SAP, and partner with planning, quality, and category teams to ensure strong supplier performance, cost control, and inventory optimization. You will serve as the primary interface between suppliers and operations while driving continuous improvement and protecting contractual positions.

3–5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, with ERP experience required (SAP preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline preferred; advanced degree and/or CSP certification strongly preferred. Equivalent depth of experience will be considered in place of formal education.
