HR Generalist

Seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a highly respected custom homebuilder south of Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hands-on, highly visible role with the opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and partner closely with employees and leadership. The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle while helping strengthen HR processes, systems, compliance, and the employee experience.

The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, managing day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and employee records. This individual will also identify opportunities to improve processes, implement best practices, and support a positive and engaged workplace culture.

  • 5+ years of progressive, hands-on Human Resources experience.

  • Strong payroll and employee benefits administration experience.

  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and employee records.

  • Working knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws.

  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and/or onboarding systems.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.

  • Experience in a growing, privately held organization; homebuilding or construction experience is a plus.

CAD Drafter

Seeking a CAD Drafter to join a growing custom homebuilder in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate residential construction drawings that bring custom home concepts to life and support the construction process. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys residential design, technical drafting, collaboration, and seeing projects move from concept to completion.

The CAD Drafter will work closely with design consultants, project teams, leadership, and the CAD Manager to develop and modify construction documents, incorporate design changes, and translate custom home concepts into detailed, buildable plans. This individual will support multiple projects while ensuring drawings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.

  • Proficiency with CAD software required.

  • Experience with SoftPlan and/or AutoCAD preferred.

  • Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, architectural drafting, or a related design environment preferred.

  • Ability to create and modify detailed residential CAD drawings from existing plans, markups, sketches, and verbal instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

  • Ability to review, revise, and correct construction drawings and design details.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across design, operations, sales, and construction teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.

Land Development Project Manager

Seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join a growing custom homebuilder in North Texas. This role will oversee residential land development projects from post-acquisition through completion and turnover, ensuring communities and homesites are delivered on time, within budget, and ready for construction.

The Land Development Project Manager will coordinate engineers, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and utility providers while managing schedules, budgets, permitting, site development, and project closeout.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 4+ years of land development, homebuilding, construction, or related experience.

  • Experience managing land development or horizontal construction projects.

  • Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and infrastructure.

  • Experience coordinating contractors, engineers, consultants, and municipalities.

  • Strong project scheduling and budget management skills.

  • Ability to read civil plans, plats, surveys, and construction documents.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

  • Residential homebuilding or land development experience preferred.

  • North Texas market experience is a plus.

Residential Design Coordinator

Seeking a Residential Design Coordinator to join a highly respected and growing custom homebuilder Southwest of Fort Worth, Texas. This role is responsible for guiding homeowners through the design and selection process, helping them make confident decisions while bringing their vision for a custom home to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys design, building meaningful client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Residential Design Coordinator will work closely with homeowners throughout the custom homebuilding journey, providing guidance on exterior and interior selections while balancing aesthetics, functionality, budget, and project timelines. This individual will also collaborate with construction teams, project managers, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure selections are accurately documented and successfully executed. The role combines design consultation, customer service, relationship management, project coordination, and problem-solving in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, project coordination, hospitality, residential design, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships and provide an exceptional client experience.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, selections, specifications, pricing, and deadlines.

  • Creative and solutions-oriented with an interest in residential design, home selections, materials, finishes, and creating personalized spaces.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with homeowners, construction teams, project managers, suppliers, and trade partners.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of follow-through.
