Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience with sales automation tools, reporting dashboards, and process improvement initiatives is considered a strong advantage.

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, leave administration, benefits support, and training.
