The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, managing day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and employee records. • 5+ years of progressive, hands-on Human Resources experience.

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate residential construction drawings that bring custom home concepts to life and support the construction process. The Land Development Project Manager will coordinate engineers, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and utility providers while managing schedules, budgets, permitting, site development, and project closeout.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• 4+ years of land development, homebuilding, construction, or related experience.

• Experience managing land development or horizontal construction projects.

• Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and infrastructure.
