• A proven quality leader with approximately 12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments, ideally within industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or energy-related operations. 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent depth of experience (18+ years) will be considered in place of formal education.
