AMiche Talent Connect was born from nearly a decade of friendship and a shared commitment to transform talent through purposeful, trusted, and impact-driven partnerships. The name AMiche reflects this foundation, meaning “friends,” and embodies the close collaboration and genuine relationships at the heart of the firm. Founded by Amalia Anderson and Michelle Martinez, two tenured human resources and talent acquisition leaders, AMiche is a boutique, minority and women-owned Recruitment and Fractional HR Services Firm dedicated to helping companies build high-impact, culture-aligned teams.

Together, Amalia and Michelle bring more than 25 years of combined experience in HR, talent acquisition, people operations, talent development and workforce strategy. Their paths first crossed in the professional world, but it was their shared values of integrity, empathy, and a passion for connecting people to purpose that laid the foundation for AMiche. Michelle Martinez has spent over 25 years leading talent acquisition across various industries. Amalia’s nearly 15-year HR career has been marked by purposeful people leadership, balancing resilience and empathy, while applying her skills in talent acquisition, talent development, performance optimization, and employee engagement. Though their careers took different paths, Amalia and Michelle were united by a fundamental belief: recruitment and HR are not just about filling jobs, it’s about building relationships grounded in trust, aligning values with opportunity, and creating lasting impact. Together, they took the leap to found AMiche Talent Connect, a firm dedicated to redefining recruitment and HR with purpose, trust, and impact. As a boutique recruitment and fractional HR services firm, AMiche is intentionally designed to deliver a personalized, high-touch partnership with each client. The firm acts as a true extension of internal hiring and leadership teams, crafting custom recruitment and HR strategies that go beyond job descriptions to reflect company culture, long-term vision, and mission alignment. About Amalia
Head of People & Connection
Amalia Anderson is a tenured HR professional turned business owner, now serving as a HR Consultant, at AMiche Talent Connect. Her journey is shaped by resilience, athletic teamwork, and early experiences balancing motherhood, work, and education. With a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she built a career centered on helping people grow and aligning talent with organizational needs. She went on to lead high-impact HR initiatives, most recently serving as a Senior HR Leader at Perry Homes before launching her own firm. Outside of work, Amalia is dedicated to her family, passionate about Houston sports teams, and committed to giving back to her community.

Head of Talent
Michelle brings over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition to her newest professional venture, now serving as Head of Talent, at AMiche Talent Connect. A proud native of Pasadena, Texas, Michelle has spent her career building high-performing teams, most recently as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Perry Homes, a leading Texas-based luxury homebuilder.
